You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to port it, to opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, to limit our use of sensitive information, or to withdraw a consent you previously gave. You may also appeal if we deny a request.

These rights are described in full in Section 10 of our Privacy Policy. We honour them for every client, wherever you live, whether or not a statute requires it.

How to submit a request

By email. Write to info@orastudios.co with the subject line “Privacy Request”. Tell us what you would like us to do, and give us the email address and mobile number on your account so we can find your records.

By phone. Call 772-333-4140.

What happens next

We confirm receipt within ten business days and respond within forty-five calendar days. If we need more time we may extend once by a further forty-five days and will tell you why.

Before we act on a request to access, correct, delete, or port information, we verify your identity using information already in our records. We will not ask you to create an account to make a request, and we will not use anything you give us for verification for any other purpose.

There is no charge. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.

Someone acting for you

An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission, and we may contact you to confirm it. A parent or guardian may submit a request for a registered minor.

If we say no

If we decline a request, we will tell you which exception we relied on. You may appeal by replying to our decision or by writing to info@orastudios.co with the subject line “Privacy Appeal”. We respond in writing within forty-five days, and if we deny the appeal we will tell you how to complain to your state attorney general.

Opting out of advertising

You can opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising at any time, without an account and at no charge: by emailing us above, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by limiting ad tracking in your device settings. We action opt-outs within fifteen days and will not ask you to reaffirm for at least twelve months.
